Excellent support for the sit bones which helps maintain a solid platform for pedalling. A very agreeable shape given that the handlebars do not have too much drop.

I’ve got the Aliante on both bikes right now, but have gone for the ProLogo Scratch Nack on the new one. It did feel a little hard when we tried it at Cyclefit, so may well be back with an Aliante…

Speedplay – Ti ones on all the bikes.
Wedges – now installed on all shoes!
Cheers,
Jon
